Your custom personal training plan is designed to be performed up to 3 times a week in our studio with your trainer in semi-private sessions.
Your customized workout formula combines weight lifting and short bursts of cardio which guarantees measurable results in 9-weeks or less.
Your personal training includes more than just exercise sessions. No workout program can get you the results you want without lifestyle modifications. So, your program includes private goal setting and guidance coaching. You and your trainer will create a plan of action to create the healthy habits necessary for results.
Your trainer will consistently hold you accountable for the goals you set together. The best part is, we reward you for attendance and you’ll get bonuses when you hit your workout goals!
We’re open 6 days a week. Reserve training sessions as early as 5:30am and as late as 7:15pm.

DURING YOUR WORKOUT SESSIONS…
You have your very own station with all the equipment you need – including a computer that displays your personalized plan.
- There’s no jumping from one station to the next.
- There’s no confusion over what you’re doing as both your plan and your trainer are right in front of you.
- This is not a one-size-fits-all group fitness program that others offer – they often lead to injuries and we do not recommend them.
Each session your personal trainer will stay engaged with you and a handful of other workout partners. Each of your workout partners will have their own program and their own goals.
